On behalf the Greek School PTO we would like to wish you a happy and healthy New Year. We are excited about our upcoming events beginning with the Three Hierarchs Day Program on January 25th. We are working hard planning our annual family Apokriatiko Glenti to be held at the new Terrace at Biagios on February 22, 2014 6:30-10:30 with Greek entertainment. Tickets went on sale already. The Greek Independence Day Parade is approaching and the PTO is coordinating to purchase outdoor windbreaker jackets for students that will be participating in the parade at an affordable cost. As a result of our fundraisers, we are very excited to announce that we were able to raise the funds to rent our own church float. We would like to sincerely thank Greek children’s book author Anna Kontakis for coming to our school and sharing her wonderful books during our Christmas Party. Lastly we are gearing up for our PTO Ladies Sip and Shop event at Seasons on May 1st which will include music, food, basket raffles, door prizes, and vendors. We look forward to your support as the proceeds will go towards new window treatments for our classrooms.
